Motion control work we did Netflix’s Resurrected Rides back in Spring 2023. We shot the first round of cars roughly 3 months prior to them being brought back from the dead. Once they were tricked out we came in and had to align the robot and car in the exact same positions and run the same robot programs. This allowed the editors to do some awesome match cuts and show off the hard work from the build team. The show was Top 6 on Netflix the week it came out and we’re so stoked on the results. Some work from April 2023 is out in the world! It was great working with top notch DP @macgregor.works on these Kia assets traveling across the SoCal desert, mountains and beach. Our robot team gathered elegant interior shots of all the various car models on location. While we were shooting these, a separate unit was out gathering driving shots. We’re so stoked on how the shots came out and hope to do more car shoots in the future!

Moco and miniatures make a perfect combo! Fun little project we did in house with some friends. Using a moco turntable we were able to match the train speed of @simonegiertz custom hat with a turntable underneath to make the train stay center frame. Also we used our in house LED wall to give a virtual background in @unrealengine that brought the miniature set to the next level! Sometimes one shot is that’s needed with some good set design and robot moves! Last year, we shot some holiday work for @drinkolipop Crisp Apple release on our old robot system. We now have a Bolt on track so we can reach a further and get some more elobobate shots. Robots always make fun holiday content.
